Olusegun Thomas Olaleye is a distinguished Nigerian-Canadian technocrat, entrepreneur, and community leader whose life journey embodies resilience, versatility, and visionary leadership. A proud son of Otun Agba compound in Fiditi, Afijio Local Government Area of Oyo State, he was born on May 27, 1976, into the family of Mr. Akanbi Olaleye and Mrs. Wuraola Kuti Olaleye, both of blessed memory. From early beginnings at St. Patrick’s Primary School and Fiditi Grammar School, to earning a National Diploma and Higher National Diploma in Business Administration from The Polytechnic, Ibadan, Olusegun’s educational pursuit laid a solid foundation for a career rooted in excellence. He served his country dutifully during his NYSC in Akwa Ibom State, where he taught Economics and Government.
