Hon. Olaleye Olusegun Congratulates Gov. Makinde, First Lady on Aare Omoluabi Title

Hon. Olaleye Olusegun Thomas, a Nigerian-Canadian and proud son of Afijio Local Government Area in Oyo State, has congratulated His Excellency, the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde, and the First Lady on the governor’s recent installation as Aare Omoluabi of Akure Kingdom.

The prestigious title was conferred by the Deji of Akure, Oba Aladetoyinbo Ogunlade Aladelusi, in recognition of Governor Makinde’s exemplary leadership, unwavering integrity, and commitment to public service.

Hon. Olusegun described the honour as “well-deserved,” noting that the governor’s name “continues to earn respect and recognition beyond the borders of Oyo State and Nigeria as a whole.”

This is not just a title,” he added, “but a reflection of the values and virtues Governor Makinde consistently upholds—courage, humility, service, and compassion. Congratulations to both His Excellency and the First Lady on this remarkable milestone.”
