Full List: Police Release Contacts of Officers Across 36 States, Including FCT

The Nigeria Police Force (NPF) has published an updated directory containing the contact details of its officers across the 36 states of the federation, the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), and zonal commands.

The development, according to the Force Headquarters, is part of its renewed effort to improve transparency, accessibility, and public engagement with law enforcement nationwide.

The directory features names, designations, and phone numbers of officers ranging from Assistant Commissioners to Superintendents of Police. It also covers strategic units such as the Force Public Relations Department, the Complaint Response Unit, the Public Complaint Bureau, and other specialised commands.

From Zone 1 in Kano to Zone 17 in Akure, the list provides citizens with direct access to police spokespersons and public relations officers in their respective areas, ensuring quicker communication and effective response.

Why It Matters

The move is aimed at strengthening trust between the police and the public, improving reporting of incidents, and encouraging accountability within the force.
